Temporary reduction in operations at Porsche Retail Group

Message from our Managing Director, Adam Flint.

Following the Government announcement at the weekend regarding the re-introduction of an England-wide lockdown from Thursday 5 November, Porsche Retail Group will be reducing operations across our business as follows:

• Showrooms will be closed for new sales appointments, however our teams will be available to assist with enquiries via telephone and email. Collection of vehicles ordered prior to lockdown will be permitted during the closure period, and our sales teams will contact all affected customers to discuss the process for collection
• Our Aftersales departments will remain fully operational, following the same Covid-safe practices which have been in place for many months now. Vehicle service, repair and MOT bookings will continue to operate by appointment only, and parts and accessories can be reserved over the telephone for postage delivery where possible
• Trade parts will continue to remain fully operational, again operating within Covid-safe guidelines

Our normal communication methods will all remain live, so if you choose to contact us by telephone, email or social media, we will be happy to help.
